Docebo Brand Transformation
A rebrand that translated strategy into language the business could build on.
Overview
As Docebo evolved, its brand needed to evolve with it. The challenge wasn't simply creating a new look — it was building a messaging framework that could bring consistency across the website, campaigns, product marketing, and customer communications.
Strategy
Rebrands succeed when strategy survives execution.
The hardest part wasn't writing new messaging — it was translating strategic decisions into language that hundreds of future assets could build from without drifting. Every page, headline, and narrative needed to reinforce the same story while remaining useful at different stages of the buyer journey.
I contributed to positioning, messaging, and voice and tone, then led the complete website rewrite — partnering closely with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to translate the new strategy into a cohesive digital experience.
Impact
The first real test came when the brand went into the wild.
One of its earliest physical expressions was Docebo's new trade show presence. Customers, prospects, and even competitors regularly stopped by to comment on the refreshed brand — a strong signal that the strategy had translated into something people could immediately see, understand, and remember.
