Overview

Docebo's Chief Learning Officer had developed a proprietary framework for evaluating learning maturity — valuable thought leadership that helped explain what high-performing organizations do differently. The opportunity was to move that framework beyond a static model and turn it into an interactive experience that created value for customers while generating insight for Docebo.

Strategy

A framework only creates value once people can see themselves inside it.

The challenge wasn't simplifying the research — it was making it actionable. Every question and recommendation had to help participants understand where they stood, benchmark themselves against their peers, and identify practical next steps.

I led the content strategy and messaging for the assessment experience, transforming an internal framework into an interactive tool that educated prospects, reinforced Docebo's point of view, and created value in both directions: personalized guidance for participants and meaningful insight for future research.

Every completed benchmark strengthened Docebo's understanding of how organizations approached learning maturity, creating a growing dataset that informed future thought leadership, including the 2026 AI Readiness Gap Report. Rather than relying solely on commissioned surveys, Docebo began building an evolving view of the market through its own community.
