Leaders in Learning
An owned thought leadership platform, not another video series.
Overview
Docebo had two priorities: strengthen its thought leadership presence and expand its use of video as part of its paid social strategy. Rather than tackling those initiatives separately, we combined them into a single flagship series.
The result was Leaders in Learning — an editorial video series that brought the best thinking in workplace learning to our audience.
Strategy
Rather than positioning Docebo as the expert, we deliberately looked outside the company. We invited customers, practitioners, analysts, authors, and industry leaders to share their perspectives on the future of learning.
Our role wasn't to dominate the conversation — it was to curate it.
That approach made the content more valuable for our audience while strengthening Docebo's credibility. When external experts naturally echoed the challenges and ideas we believed in, it reinforced our perspective through independent validation rather than marketing claims.
As program lead and executive producer, I shaped the editorial direction — from identifying themes and recruiting guests to developing interview narratives, managing production, and leading distribution across channels.
Impact
The impact extended well beyond marketing. Sales teams began using the series in conversations with prospects, and episodes started surfacing organically on sales calls as independent validation of Docebo's perspective. What began as a content initiative became a trusted resource the broader organization could use to build credibility — not just another marketing campaign.
